Job Description

Stock Controller & EPOS Manager
Location: Loughborough

Our Client, a distributor based in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Stock Controller and EPOS Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: Full Time, 9:00am - 5.30pm Mon to Thurs and 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday (1hr lunch)
Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum + benefits.

Requirements
* Intermediate/Advanced Level Excel
* Essential: Full UK Driving Licence
* UK travel

* High level of accuracy and output

Responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining all stock records
* Organising and supervising annual stocktakes and meeting the auditor on annual stock check visits.
* Maintaining all prices, cost, selling and margins (achieving managements wishes)
* Maintaining all stock levels
* Investigating and helping branches resolve their pricing and or stock issues.
* Dealing with branch transfers and seasonal stock movements to warehouse locations
* Reporting various KPIs to management weekly and monthly.
* You will have a part time admin support and will monitor the goods in admin ensuring it is being done effectively and correctly but at times you will need to assist with booking in of goods when required.
* You will need to set and monitor offers, promotions and work alongside providing reports and information to the marketing and branch management team.
* Other duties will also be required.
* A company Pool car will be available for all branch visits and overnight stays that the company requires you to make will be paid for by the company.
