Job Description

Our client - a highly successful company based near Syston - is seeking an experienced Stock / Invoice Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Supporting the Managing Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

*Preparing sales invoices (on Sage),
*Delivery notes to and from warehouse, assisting with stock checks during deliveries,
*Managing stock control system, ensuring it is kept up-to-date (Sage / MS Excel),
*Working with three warehouse staff, ensuring they are clear on the stock that is required in each delivery.
*Assisting with stock counts, data input onto Sage,
*Credit control from suppliers / customers,
*Improvement of stock management processes.

The Right Person
*Previous experience in stock management,
*Willingness to work on a variety of tasks,
*Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision,
*Effective communication skills,
*Strong IT skills incl. experience using Sage & Microsoft Excel.

*Appointment Type: Permanent
*Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time
*Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays + Xmas Closure
*Time-off in lieu for overtime
*Parking
