Job Role -Team Leader: Semi Senior / Senior Client Advisor

Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Client manager responsibility for a portfolio of clients
- Preparation and review of management accounts
- Build and update budgets and forecasts with clients
- Review of VAT returns
- Setup of Xero and other apps in tech stack
- Identify and delivery systems and finance process / control support for clients
- Provide support and training to both more junior, and more senior, team members
- Preparation of proposals for new and existing clients
General Responsibilities
- Managing client expectations and delivery of up-to-date financials on time, every time
- Personal development of others in the team
- CPD and ongoing training
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client data
- Direct communication with clients
- WIP review and billing
- Ability to support clients with their advisory needs
- Ability to identify and fulfil cross-selling opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve / streamline internal processes
- Ability to train others on accounting systems and add-ons within our preferred app-stack
- To act in accordance with the business' values and competency framework
Salary c.£40-£45,000 Part hybrid 3 days office, 2 days at home after probation period
