Job Description

Our client, based in Leicester, is seeking an Immediately Available Accounts Clerk on an interim basis.

Immediate Start

Responsible for the purchase ledger and providing additional support to the finance team.


Main Tasks
Processing of supplier invoices
Reconciling statements and resolving queries in a professional and helpful manner.
Raising sales invoices and processing payments received
Reconciling and processing of company credit card expenses
Processing of employee expenses.
To undertake and assist with routine administrative duties for the finance team, including completion of reports, filing, data entry and other tasks.
Undertake in-house and external training as necessary.
To assist with cashier duties
Other reasonable tasks as may be designated


Vacancy: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £11.00 - £12.50 per hour
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
