12076 – Warehouse Administrator

Location: Loughborough

Summary of the Role

Our client – based in Loughborough – is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Orders Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

  • Uploading orders and sending the correct order information to our different warehouses (WMS PeopleVox)
  • Booking couriers
  • Creating packing lists
  • Advance shipment notices
  • Managing the order tracker

This is a desk-based role.

 

The Right Person

Essential:

  • Strong Excel skills - Formulas, Lookups & Pivot Tables & importing/exporting data.
  • Eager to Learn
  • Enthusiastic

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of using Amazon Vendor Services or similar platform

 

Package
